1956 – Operations begin in Mexico City under the name of Artefactos de Precisión (Precision Artefacts), manufacturing machined parts for a range of industries.
1958 – The founding of Remaches Tubulares (Tubular Rivets), by way of an alliance with ‘Chicago Rivet,’ focusing on the cold forging of all types of rivets.
1964 – The launch of Stocko Manufacturas Metálicas (Stocko Metallic Manufacturing), through a Joint Venture with the German company ‘Stocko Metall Waren Fabriken’ and specializing in the manufacture of die-cut products for the footwear industry.
1966 – Initiation of the manufacture of greases under the name of Tecalemit Mexicana, this time in partnership with the German company ‘Tecalemit.’
1976 – Remaches Tubulares begins manufacturing both machines and tools for the application of rivets and eyelets.
1980 – The inauguration of the plant in El Marqués, Querétaro, registered under the name of Manufacturas Metálicas.
1981 – This year saw the creation of the Indux Group.
1988 – Indux entered the export market, initially, exclusively to the United States.
1997 – The inauguration of the Thermal Treatment Plant in the main plant.
2000 – The company receives ISO 9000 Certification.
2002 – Sees the inauguration of a second Thermal Treatment Plant, this time in Monterrey, the capital of the northern state of Nuevo Leon.
2011 – Introduces the first line of zamak-injection products, initially aimed at the textile market.
2012 – Expands electroplating activities and diversifies product line
2014 – Increases zamak-injection product range.
2016 – Second expansion of the zamak-injection product line.
2016 – Acquisition of new, high-tech equipment for the machining center.
